After the darkness and chill of winter, spring renews us, brings us hope, and opens us up again to life. We stretch and release the stiffness and constriction of wintertime, like sprouts breaking out of an acorn, and allow ourselves to unfold.
This year, our spring retreat is in the middle of May - the high time of flowers blossoming. Greenery is all around and the Earth feels alive and full of new possibilities. It’s time to drink that in deeply.
Spend a day attuning to the full opening of your Divine Being. Allow yourself to release what weighs on you to the Earth, shake off the struggle, and unfold like leaves and flowers into more of who you truly are.
