DESCRIPTION:Build the foundations of a fruitful meditation practice as you explore yoga philosophy in spiritual community. In each hour-long class\, we’ll deeply explore one or more essential passages from the Yoga Sutras\, then take that concept into our meditation practice. A short meditation in the beginning of class and a longer meditation at the end will work with aspects of seated meditation\, such as posture\, breathwork\, and mental focus. 4-session series\, open to all levels of experience. \n4 Saturdays: October 17th\, November 14th\, December 12th\, February 20th (no session in January) \n5-6pm Pacific Time\, online (Zoom)\, through Mind-Body Zone in Fremont\, CA \n$40-60 sliding scale for the series (early registration); $15-20 sliding scale for day-of registration \nRegister on the Mind-Body Zone website (click on the calendar icon and choose October 17)
