We all know that healthy relationships are important – that includes our relationship with ourselves, the Earth, and the Divine.
Many of us have been told that good relationships are “give and take”. But that’s not true – “taking” hasn’t been healthy for us or the planet. A conscious relationship is about receiving and giving. Sometimes, especially as women, we overlook the receiving part!
When we open to deeply receive what is offered – the blessings that are already here – we become deeply fulfilled. From this fullness within, we then can give from the overflow. It is from allowing ourselves to receive that we can truly give.
The Earth offers so much, in every moment, when we’re open to receive it. The Divine is always Present and loving us, if we allow ourselves to experience that. Join us on this transformational weekend to be filled and Deeply Receive, activating harmonious relationships with each other and the Earth.
This will be a soulful as well as fun weekend, including some playful practices of letting go of what blocks us from receiving and stepping into full receptivity and reciprocity with all life!
Your retreat includes:
- Daily yoga & meditation classes, and presence practice
- Moderate hiking and Ecotherapy (deep nature connection and healing)
- Group exercises, discussion, movement, and creative practices
- Free time to relax
- Accommodations for two nights
- All meals (vegetarian)

Mount Madonna Center is a spiritual retreat and community, beautifully located in the Santa Cruz Mountains overlooking Monterey bay. Secluded among 355 private acres and redwood trees, it offers the perfect setting for yoga, meditation, healing, and renewal.
Travel & Transporation
Mount Madonna Center is located about 1 hour south of San Jose, CA. The nearest airport is San Jose International Airport, but SFO and Oakland International airports are only another 30+ minutes farther. For those local to the SF Bay Area who wish to carpool, contact Rev. Connie to be put on the carpool list.
Partial Scholarship
Partial Scholarship may be available for a modest amount of work-trade, or if donations to the scholarship fund are sufficient. Contact Rev. Connie to apply if you are interested.
Friday evening program begins at 4pm (registration at 3:30). Sunday program ends with lunch at 12:30pm
